Shipping

1. The packages will be shipped from Europe.

2. We provide a fully discreet and confidential service. Our products are packed and delivered discreetly. We use a brown box with no indication of the contents. The box will not be left on the door step or with neighbors.

3. The items that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If, for any reason, we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the items in about 12 days, but usually quicker.

4. The products are usually shipped within 24 business hours.

5. Delivery might take 3 - 10 business days. However, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

6. We can ship products to any worldwide destination, except certain countries where it is prohibited by local customs authorities.

7. If an order is canceled after dispatch the full delivery charge will not be refunded.

8. The shipping cost depends on weight of the package, if the order is more than 150$ then the shipping is free of charge.

Ordering

1. The order is being processed within 24 hours after it has been paid.

2. You can cancel and delete an order whenever you want but only in the case it is not paid, in cases when the order is paid you have to request it's cancellation by sending a ticket.

3. Placed order won't save the products in stock, so if difference between the date you have placed the order and payment date is longer than 1 week you have to confirm the availability of the ordered products by ticket.

4. Placing an order will freeze the price, so if the order is kept unpaid in the system and when you decide to pay for it the pricing is changed, then you'll have to pay the old price stated in your order.

5. We have to inform you that there are sometimes shipping delays caused by technical problems, however, this is not a reason to worry or to be disappointed. If an order is held in the store more than 7 days, please create a ticket and ask for compensation, we are giving credits in such cases.

6. You can always check the status, content and other information about your order in your order history available in your account on the site.

Reshipping

1. A package can be considered lost if it is more than 30 days overdue.

2. The first complaint of mail delay should be sent not earlier than on the 15th day after the expected date. In other case, there is no a reason to worry.

3. On the 30th day after the expected date you have to report the package loss and get back to us with the package and order ID.

4. If the package was lost because of the wrong address you typed, the package won’t be reshipped.

5. If you change your address details (for example, you move to another house/apartment) before the expected date then the package won't be reshipped. If you do this after the expected but 30 days overdue are not passed then you'll have to leave someone to receive the package at your previous address, otherwise, we'll compensate only 50% of the package value.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, for the products to be returned (if they are not broken and unopened) the following terms and conditions have to be met:

1. The products you ordered must be unused. The goods must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. The products supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The products that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order. Use the address on your packing slip.

If any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the items.

Defective/Faulty Items 

If you send an item back claiming it is defective or faulty, and we test it and find the product is not defective and well working - redelivery charges apply to return the product to you. If you return an item for an exchange due to a fault there is no charge for sending a new item back to you.

To return the products which are broken or defective follow the returns procedure on you packing slip.
